Excellent - thanks for sharing this. Many words make me stop and think if the author is writing US English. They seem to leave the 'ed' off many of their words. Glad to see I am not the only one with the same problem. I confess I am sometimes 'stuck' for a clearer word for some of what I write (1st Century AD).
Hi Susan - Yes there can certainly be problems with usage across different countries. I can imagine it would be tricky for you writing in first century, but making it clear for 21st century readers. Must be an interesting era to write about though. Thanks for commenting.
